At the end of March 2017, «Der Auditor» will be integrated into the Dedere AG, and the KMC Auditor GmbH, a 100%-owned subsidiary of the Dedere AG, will be renamed as Dedere Deutschland GmbH. Consequently, the IT and News areas will be united under one roof.
